Refund Policy:

We strive to deliver high-quality marketing services tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the customized nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced. We encourage all clients to thoroughly review and sign the personalized contract, which outlines the unique project scope and details, before proceeding with payment to ensure satisfaction with the services offered.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may request to cancel any ongoing services at the start of each month. To do so, please provide written notice at least 7 days before the beginning of the new billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. If you wish to cancel after the project has commenced or midway through a month, please note that the services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed in full. Any unrendered services will be prorated and may be refunded at our discretion.
